      1. Learning about the waste stream and new WM approaches to the waste stream 2. Marketing and learning about WM Earthcare

      Cons

      1. Union and non-union employee divide - The divide was awkward, to say the least, and was conducive to an already decreasing morale. 2. Palpable low employee morale and engagement - Are the people happy? The general consensus was that they weren't. 3. Questionable ethics - The Market Area's ethics and culture certainly did not align with my own.

      Pros

      Nice employees who are willing to assist you. Benefits are ok. My peers were delightful and most helpful when staring out and had questions. The training is descent.

      Cons

      They should increase the pay. Respect and implement some employee based ideas to improve the work production and flow of business.
