      It's all about leadership!

      Pros

      Decent salary and benefits but it all comes at a cost and that's normally 50 hour weeks (min)

      Cons

      When I first started there the leadership was engaging, collaborative and authentic however it became a very different place once the leadership changed. A positive successful culture became convoluted and a "me first" mentality! Very unfortunate considering the team were performing very well prior to the leadership change.

      Pros

      The company is making positive environmental contributions, although most initiatives are US based and not invested in Canadian development. Benefits program was competitive.

      Cons

      Poor pricing model, pricing the company's services out of the market and damaging customer relationships. Bully management style = high burnout & employee turnover. Poor compensation model for sales team success.
