      Pros

      The company seems to have a good media reputation. CIO change will hopefully benefit and change management style. Some of the worst managers are now gone.

      Cons

      Ridiculous and very unprofessional behaviors seem to be accepted. Employees are afraid to speak up. Management knows what is going on but do nothing to change the work environment. I'm not sure about management's priorities since this is affecting work ouput.

      A Great Organization that keeps shrinking...

      Pros

      WM was a great place to work with outstanding people dedicated to their craft. The benefits were top notch and overall a great atmosphere. The organizations environmental goals are very good and they are doing all the right things to be an engaged corporation in tune with the needs of employees.

      Cons

      Depending on the Area you work in....the Area Senior Leadership is focused solely on profits and less on the customer. While they pay lip-service to treating the customer well, their bonuses are based on increased profits and no matter the effect on the customer....they will continue to price-increase, cut routes and diminish the sales force to make more money. There is a disconnect between many of the drivers and good customer service.
