Almost everything. They do not stand for what they say they do. Completely judge-mental company. They use the drive cameras to incriminate the drivers. It’s not to help them. The maintenance is a joke! The truck i drove was basically held together with zip-ties and electrical tape. The management “team” was basically non-existent. They were just trying to help themselves. The only thing they cared about was their bonuses. They get you in and they throw you to the wolves. They act like they care but the truth is they care less! They are just out to screw over the customers. I had been asked by the customers several times to find out what the extra costs were for on their bills but me being a driver, I was unfortunately not able to get that information for them. I have a few disabilities and they are aware of it. I was never going fast enough to satisfy them because they also got their money based on how much trash was getting dumped. They are also doing shady things like not preforming the proper maintenance of the vehicles and with the company being as large as it is, it has a maintenance “cap” ??! Seriously?? And they run out of the budget within the first week of the month?? There’s something wrong with this! And let’s not forget that there’s three of the “managers” who also got brand new things all in a weeks time?? Two of which got brand new vehicles that were way out of their means of being affordable? And then there was one of those who purchased a new home that was well over a million dollars? Around this area, there is NO ONE who has the who can afford that kind of thing.. the list goes on you do the math!!!
