      Pros

      Room to learn and grow, Future thinking>Sustainabiliity, Salary(although I was told mine was much higher due to merger and that it wasn't within the bands for my position) , & Benefits.

      Cons

      Inter-division Communication, you have to be extremely proactive in this role to get what you need accomplished for the clients, very long hours, Sustainability Dept. is awesome, but small, so if that's your interest, you'll have to be patient and well trained.
