Pros

Too many, Fortune 500 Company Good package Best facility and feature as per other companies in MP/INDIA Personal touch (feel like second home) No work pressure Future growth Certification/Training reimbursement One of the best office premises and infrastructure in Indore (cannot see any other company compare to this in Indore) Security on work premises Reserved parking 5 days in a week Etc etc etc

In Indore India Its not a company its a shop. Yup good package when you join.

Pros

I am thinking of any pros WM logistics Indore have.

Cons

1) No proper management. 2) Worst working culture. 3) They never trust on employees. 4) Micro management like recording employees activities using cameras. 5) You are forced to do tasks unrelated to your experience and profile. 6) They will never appreciate your work. 7) They don't know how to talk with a employee they use rough language.
