Pros
They found me a job The branch office was helpful. When they don't have an answer they will get it even if they have to make the calls the in house agency staff didn't. Great company as a whole.
Cons
They don't communicate with each other you go in circles repeatedly asking the same questions. No accountability for lack of communication. The 3 in the team are comfortably blind to what the other does all day. You have 1 who text all day, don't bother, 1 who tries to do it all lacks training and at night forget it You can't blame them its agency culture in this company. Several agencies in house and all they care about are their numbers not the company or their employees. Sadly the agencies hold back the company from a better ethical working environment. It's one big corner of the building filled with drama and back stabbing to get one more to the roster. Sadly you would think that as an agency they would have HR training, and work ethic. Definitely different than those in the branch office. Disappointed I like the company not the agency so kind of stuck.
