Favoritism if management like you and knows you rest assure you will receive a promotion. No one is treated equally once you are on managements bad side nothing is done to help you out, not even a simple hello or good morning. More work is added with less support. Things are never address upfront everything is sent via email and is expected to be followed. Management along with on site staff will go out to lunch with company clients and consume alcohol. Medical Benefits are very expensive, vacation time is very minimal. Petty emails are sent on the daily. Company has a lot of improvement to do as the turnover with staff is very high. No training was received, until the turnover was high that is when management decided it was time to train the new people coming in. Company Lacks the ability to keep things confidential. No team work

Directly reporting to a client that feels like an employer. Management takes client’s word over its own employees.
