-Small annual raises that do not even match inflation or no raise at all. -Minor support in resourcing leading to poor work/life balance. -Poor upper management creating a hostile work environment.

Company is super stingy They don’t care about employees at all Weak leadership and management They lie all the time about every little thing Layoffs are common No decision making at all No promotions for years and years. You can be at the same position even after 15 years(true💯) The company is filled with bunch of Lazy and unskilled folks and management doesn’t care about people who really work.
