Pros

There are people there that have been there for a long time so depending where you worked the culture was good. Managers were hit and miss as far as effectiveness.

Cons

Overly complicated procedures. Not a lot of teamwork. Some teams made things problematic for others. Overall structure in some areas was split up in ways the did not make for effective processes.

Pros

Flexible schedule (non bargaining only), good PTO benefits, corporate culture has made a drastic shift to be more inclusive over the last year or so.

Cons

Experience is going to depend heavily on what line of business you work for. Government contracts have been volatile in recent years meaning lots of wondering about layoffs even if you don’t work in those areas as those expenses have to get absorbed elsewhere. Employee health insurance premiums are sky high. Deductibles are high too.
