      This company hasGreat Benefits, Great Environment, and Great Facilities. Including but not limited to a fitness facility, many cafes, and underground tunnels.

      High turnover rate, at least in my department. Company wide many employees have been there for many years

      There are a lot of entry level positions. There are a number of younger people who are pretty cool to work with.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for career growth. Heavily dependent on government contracts so there can be layoffs.

      Pros

      At this time more than ever this company has to keep up with the ever changing, fast paced, available endless technology, better business practices in the health insurance environment. As a company itself, there have been many changes in the last couple years but to stay in business, we need to make these changes to continue to grow in the right direction. Many long term employees, not many companies can say that. Many new and young employees, always good. It's nice to be able to say we are part of a very stable company.

      Cons

      I've heard from outside applicants that our HR department needs work. Not easy to work with. Hopefully this has gotten better. Lucky to still have great benefits overall. Worry a little where health insurance benefits are going in the near future.
