The training should have been longer, and the pay could be better but it’s not horrible.

Flexibility is about the only thing

Horrible systems and supervisors micro manage like crazy. Mandatory overtime is overboard. Upper management treat you like peasants

This is a really good company. The people there are extremely nice and helpful. The interview process was not hard at all. And it’s work from home.

Cons

There is a very heavy workload. You are taking calls from members and providers. So that means double the work load.
