seven days week work, management say we should sacrifice for the good of the company while they don't. You are nothing but a number to them. No raises, took profit sharing away, crappy insurance, no advancement in the company. almost no maintenance on machines. Too many to list

Absolutely horrible management, both corporately and at the plants. If you’re not buying what they’re selling, you’re out the door. Good people have left, good people have been replaced by less experienced people because those people will tell management what they want to hear. It’s sickening seeing these high paid idiots do nothing but hurt the place day in and day out. Don’t question management, no matter how wrong they are, your voice will never be heard anyway and all you’ll be doing is losing a job or getting demoted.
