      Unprofessional staff, biased, favoritism, prepare to be disrespected and treated as if you are incompetent for small paycheck. Minimal PTO, no paid sick time

      Somewhat cliquey, lots of gossiping (including management), definite favoritism, management and training classes often listening in on calls without our knowledge
