Amazing workplace culture, amazing people, and the company cares about development. They value culture fit over experience which is what makes the company what it is.

Cons

Management has seemed disjointed at times, but that's common at most places. Has a slight "old head" mentality, but you're rewarded for hard work. That's not really a con, but some people don't fit that type of mold.
