      Company really cares about their associates and tries to do the right thing for the customers. Gives employees a lot of autonomy so the employees can help the clients in the best ways possible.

      Cons

      incentive program is not competitive at all, and there are no growth opportunities outside of the branches in sussex county

      Dominated by white males in leadership. A few women if white. Blacks have no chance to succeed here. They will hire you but at lower wages and you must work ten times harder to be considered average meanwhile they're passing out opportunity & titles to whites
