      Benefits are good (blue cross blue shield) 401k match up to 5% 3 weeks paid PTO

      Cons

      If your branch is understaffed the workload will be higher for the employees there. Managers have a huge say in how the operations go and if you land a bad or hard to work with manager you will suffer.

      Pros

      Low stress, low expectations (if that’s your thing). If you have limited experience or education, entry level positions can provide a way in to the industry.

      Cons

      Toxic workplaces, miserable staff, poor compensation. Very top-down management structure. CEO and higher ups make arbitrary decisions with no understanding of how it affects the business or employees. Obsessed with “culture,” but the actual culture is getting further and further from how management would describe it.
