WSFS absolutely practice the culture that they preach.

Cons

At WSFS Bank, the salary levels are noticeably lower compared to other banks in the area, which is reflected in the overall proficiency of Associates. The tech savviness is below my expectations, correlating with the compensation offered. Many processes and procedures are manual and outdated, leading to inefficiencies and minimal added value. Accessing necessary information for basic tasks is challenging due to outdated, fragmented, and error-prone data systems.
