Pros

Some coworkers can be fun to work with. They have fun video trivia that employees can participate in. The pay is decent for someone just starting out.

Cons

In the interview they sell you on this amazing culture that when you start working there you realize it's not so. Management can be such a pain, they get on you about sales goals no matter how hard you try but the customers just aren't interested. I think it depends on who your manager is though because I worked for two different ones and had to very different experiences. My first manager would go to bat for employees especially if they see that you're trying your best. The second would throw employees under the bus in a millisecond. They complain about showing up on time when 98% of the time they're the last to show up and first to leave. The thing I disliked the most was having to stay behind and wait when someone else messed up and you're done settling and cleaning up. Why should 6 employees (none of which is the manager on most days)stay behind when one person messed up. They say they don't play favorites but it's evident every single day that they do. Constantly understaffed and management bears none of the blame. Every week there's some type of training to do, which MUST be completed, in an understaffed branch where customers are already waiting 10-15 minutes because there's 2 people behind the window, 3 drive through lanes and no more than 2 people on the desks. Some transactions take longer than others, especially business customer transactions, and then we get burnt on surveys because there is no help. No wonder turnover is getting higher and higher.
