Pros
I worked in the office headquarters where I had the opportunity to learn a lot about banking. It was an okay opportunity, but it just wasn't for me.
Cons
A lot of people that work for WSFS, have been working there for a long time. They are used to doing things a certain way, so coming into that as a new person is a bit intimidating. Most of my coworkers were okay, the head of the departments are clearly stressed and not very pleasant to be around. Although minute, working with miserable management motivated me to find another job (not work harder).
