When you love where you work it shows
Pros
Culture and engagement are at the forefront of just about every decision that is made. Upper management really cares and delivers on their promises. At all times I felt like the bank kept every Associate informed on what was going on. Sure there were times when extra pressure was added for deposits or something specific, however, it was never anything that I couldn't get through. After buying a small bank, lots of lessons were learned for the 2nd and 3rd. The bank was very sensitive to the needs of the new banks that were being on boarded and the Customer friction. Over all I loved what I did and where I worked.
Cons
My boss at times was to hard on me/the team. I felt powerless to this person antics. There was no reporting it to HR because the information would get right back to this person. There were times I fell harassed and emotionally abused, and I was told, everyone knows and will do nothing.
