Great first job, bad management organization & no training

Pros

The job was very chill, plenty of time to get things done and the job is remote.

Cons

Salary was low for the experience I had. Management was not organized as the organization was growing above their management range. This led to many miscommunications. WSP claims to be all about sustainability but most of their Texas clients are enabling or planning highway expansions.

The pay - mainly good pay bc of all of the overtime and travel reiumbursement. The work - you are generally doing something helpful in the most basic basic sense (you are clearing claims so that people can get help faster and your work ethic matters).

Cons

The first deployment, and generally the first part of any deployment are confusing - different people will tell you different correct ways of doing things and it can be frustrating.
