Business Outlook
Pros
It's a good all-around company if this is your sector (engineering). Benefits and pay are fair and maybe even slightly above industry standard. Reasonable flexibility and you are treated like an adult.
Cons
The usual corporate policy bloat that can make you feel like a cog in the wheel when working for a mega 60,000 person international company. That said, I still believe it's better than many similar large companies from speaking with people at different companies.
