Pros

WSP, formerly Golder, offered excellent technical comradery and a fantastic learning environment. Some of the smartest and hardest working technical practitioners in the industry. Salary fairness increased substantially after the WSP takeover, which was unexpected.

Cons

The management structure and business systems following the Golder to WSP transition were difficult to say the least. 7 levels of red tape to open a small project making it difficult to deliver work efficiently.
