large company with plenty of resources. Well established clientele. Pays very well.

Cons

challenges with regard to sharing information inter-departmentally. Requires employees to join in with "social justice" efforts and agendas. some levels of management acted on impulse and emotion rather than professional business etiquette

Great diversity in projects Very nice new office (newly fit out in the last 2 years) Friendly upper management Designed to work in smaller teams

Cons

Work life balance is difficult. There are a lot of employees that will do anything whenever it is asked and it trickles down. A number of middle management is closer to 50-60hr weeks which can be discouraging to want to grow in the company knowing that is likely in your future.
