Expanding company - room to grow if you have the right manager. Hybrid model - flexibility to work remotely Higher Pay - If you work hard (60+ hrs/week) you can get bonuses and raises.

Cons

Poor mentorship and training - There is no model or program to ensure success of junior staff. They promise you future work, but it can't come sooner to satisfy productivity quotas.
