      Pay, health benefits, 401k & PTO is good. Not great, but good. Resources are good. Most co-workers are nice.

      Local office culture & cohesion hype. Turn-over is high/revolving door. Some manager complacency. Local office is not progressive. Think they are. Depts./programs are silo & individually ran. Processes are outdated or lack. Some project managers can be unhelpful making it hard to do your work. Continuous improvement mindset lacks. Almost non-existent. Subtle internal riff among male/female middle managers. Group "clicks" causing the problem. Some ego-eccentric managers, who think they are team oriented. Downtown parking costs.
