Offices in essentially every major city, so there is the ability to collaborate and work with others.

Cons

So large that sometimes you can feel lost in the processes and they focus on years of experience strictly for promotions.

Pros

Very few for hard-working employees that have morals and standards. If you work at a department that has a manager who abuses their privileges you could get a lot of free lunches on the company.

Cons

Salaries are excessively High. deservingly so for those who are educated engineers who actually work for their salaries unlike most supervisors and managers who do not deserve anywhere near the wages they make.

Loved my job.

Cons

When project was complete, company did not keep me working. I worked hard and did a good job for this company and there was no loyalty from them. Alas, the corporate way.
