37.5 hour weeks are mostly adhered to (or overtime paid if not), flexible working and at-home working.
Cons
Extreme cost-consciousness/tightness of company. Pressure to be utilised at all times puts squeeze on at all levels of company - middle mgmt in particular can be not much help, so development and nurturing of junior staff suffers
