      Pros

      The company have different team for civil engineering students, such as structure, geotechnical, civil teams. For structure team, they focus mainly on tall buildings design.

      Cons

      If you are a bridge lover, there is no such teams in this company. As per usual, you are expected to work overtime especially you are in structure team.

      Pros

      Large amount of services and resources available to you internally, 75-100% benefits plan, RRSP matching etc. Lots of opportunity depending how you function in a larger organization.

      Cons

      Still working out bugs getting everyone trained onto common as well as newly developed workflows after worldwide rebranding, To be fair, it likely has been smooth all things considered.

      Thanks for your feedback. Indeed the May 2017 rebranding was a major milestone for us. Future Ready is now being implemented in more countries, and that takes time because there's substance behind the program. It's indeed much more than marketing, it's a way of working backed by precise technical criteria.
