Pros

You get to be exposed to different projects and handling several projects at one time. You can actually gain a lot of experience technically and non-technically (project management, client-based etc.) Company culture is quite opened and everyone is friendly. The company is growing rapidly.

Cons

Depends on which team you are in, that will make a huge difference. Salary is very low compared to contractors if your team doesn't provide scheme A. Very big company, too big.

Depending on the team you get lots of experience very quickly. Promotion are fair and merit based. Line managers, directors and senior staff are all very supportive.

Cons

Work life balance can sometimes take a hit.
