      There are a lot of resources available from past experience. The people there are generally nice and very helpful.

      Cons

      Many Engineers and CAD operators not managed properly.

      Pros

      Global Company, so there is an opportunity to transfer to a foreign office if you desire. There is a strong sense of community within teams, people in the business are mostly very friendly. The graduate scheme is slowly changing with better opportunities for graduates to get a more holistic experience of the whole company by being able to rotate to other parts of the business and also the team building exercises with other graduates from all parts of the business.

      Cons

      There seems to be a sparing amount of work within teams, where graduates especially do not get enough challenging work to do. There is poor organisational structure within the some of the teams, with seemingly uninspiring engineers. The salary is very mediocre.
