      Pros

      Excellent company and will be a part of history. Major projects that will withstand the test of time. Upper management most considerate of all employees. Great salaries and backing of next level management. Team work was the greatest with fellow employees.

      Cons

      Middle management has and uses the "Good Ole Boy Syndrome". Professional skills ignored if employee migrated from another industry, especially if different from middle management.

      Pros

      Paid for overtime after 42 billable hours. Work with super friendly team. Bosses were super open and understanding. Given autonomy with good guidance.

      Cons

      Pay below industry average. Easily pigeon-holed into certain roles. The US group seems to be a small pawn to the London group. Management was all engineers with no real business acumen and clear vision to grow the business.

      Pros

      - good learning experience - no micromanagement - relaxed environment - competitive salary - great benefits - most people that work here are nice, friendly, I never came across anybody who was not.

      Cons

      - managers dont know how to lead and communicate with the team and dont really have vision. They work on a trail and error basis instead of implementing whats tested and proven.
