      Ambitious company, very comprehensive graduate scheme.

      Cons

      Same as other companies in field. 'Generation' gap between graduates and engineers hired before the 2008 recession.

      You can work on large multi-discipline projects that are often the leading projects in a particular city.

      Cons

      It's a large multi-national where you can remain anonymous. It can often appear that the company has little appreciation for your work

      Pros

      Coworkers are friendly and diligent, and supervisor listens to our needs and provides reasonable demands. Balance of working independently on our projects and in small groups. Some variety in clients and processes in sites, resulting in different problems to solve or look for in each site

      Cons

      Work load is inconsistent in the Shanghai office at least. Depending on your skill set, i.e. Health & Safety or Environmental, soil sampling and analysis or compliance, workloads can be high or low. Hard to truly progress due to this issue.
