Pros

Good training and growth. For a call center the place is pretty laid back. They allow to learn and change positions if you think you would like to do something different. The pay is not bad as well and you want to come to work. They treat you with respect.

Cons

It is a call center so you don't have a lot of freedom away from the phones and you must come to work and be on time if not the job will not work well for you.
