- Most colleagues are nice, friendly and collegiate - Interesting and varied work - Good internal mobility - Highly intelligent working environment

Cons

- Pay far below market - Comp not aligned with fund outcomes; doesn't create ideal incentives. At odds with how we rate best-in-class for managers - Individual performance is not tracked (relative to how this is done at other asset managers I have experienced). This can lead to more of a subjective and political outcome for progress
