The working environment in general is great. Everyone is proactive and professional. The company provides a lot of special benefits such as summer training programs, fitness consultant etc. Great place to start your career/.

Cons

I worked for back office, so the work is not that excited. A lot of repeated works to do. Hard to find an interesting project. Not many people in my office, a kind of hard for people who love social.

Pros

If you are smart, possess initiative and seek information within our company, you will be rewarded with a lot of challenging opportunities. If you put our clients interests at the top of your priorities, you will also be successful. A positive outlook on life will also contribute to success. Lots of communication from management comes through the intranet.

Cons

We are going through a merger and there is uncertainty created by that at all levels. It is hard to be patient for decisions to be made. The amount of information on the intranet is good but it needs to be interpreted for the front line who are too busy to read it all.

Cons

Willis is a great company but I think people like Managers, HR's are the 1st and last impression of any company. Here you will be lucky if you get good Manager. Managers who have joined recently are pathetic Negative approach Bad tone while speaking to female employee Interferance in non work related things Restrictions on silly things (self made rules) Politics in getting selected for overseas chance Low trainings and more expectations This are some qualities of our manager.
