Pros
Smart office (London). Some decent pockets of experts around the organisation. Recognised brand within the insurance world.
Cons
No clear vision or strategy for Willis Group. Second rate employee benefits, including overal remuneration package, except for a small minority. Absurd retention package unheard of elsewhere. Bizarre practices such as obliging employees to insure company mobile phones, take out a corporate card which is then billed directly to your own personal bank account - so what's the point of it? Poor investment in staff training and personal development. Unhealthy focus on expenses to the exclusion of everything else.
