Pros

Flexible working hours and location. What I mean here is that everyone is allowed to work from home (subject to managers and business approval) and providing the work gets done.

Cons

A lot of the time it comes across as some managers do not manage or have the people skills to care or show any interest in the team members. It's difficult to get promoted as at time it is whether your face fits rather than the ability to do the job.
