Pros

The new building! Great people and a sense of willingness to change amongst normal employees and those at the very top of the company for the better which is rare in such large organisations.

Cons

Middle management (all directors below board and divisional level) as in so many places are a significant impediment to implementing change. There is also a drive to have all job roles as revenue generating, which impedes the true revenue generators as there is not sufficient support from peons.

Pros

My personal experience was very unique, but I would have to say that I was presented with a challenge that I enjoyed meeting. The benefits are okay - not great, but probably better than some employers.

Cons

Producers favored over all other employees. Biased toward male employees.

Pros

Good people for the most part. Reasonable work/life expectations in most cases. Highly regarded firm within the commercial insurance industry (top 3).

Cons

Lack of formalized support functions. Sub-par performance review process. Sold upfront on big bonuses, but lots of excuses when it's time for Willis to pay-up - bonuses are hard to come by regardless of performance or profitability.
