Toxic culture and poor management overshadow remote work

There are no pros to working for this company other than being remote.
Cons
This company does not care about its employees in the slightest. Nothing you do will ever matter or be enough. The culture and work environment is the worst of any job I have ever had. Nearly every one at this company speaks to you behind a fake smile while they’ll talk negatively to higher-ups about you behind your back. This company has no idea what increases productivity. The pay is awful with little to no increase year by year. They don’t even do inflationary raises which further shows how they do not care for their employees or their well being. Management clearly believes the only way to increase productivity is micro management to no end, unclear expectations, and constant threats of termination. No matter what you do, it will not be enough. I would rather have worked in manual labor for the last four years than to have wasted four years of my life here.
