Pros

Working for WWE is a new adventure everyday. As a producer in television, WWE allows for growth on every level of the job: writing, editing, directing, producing, etc. A hands-on environment where it's employees are able to experiment and come up with new and creative means of illustrating the stories that 'put smiles on people's faces,' as we are proud to say. It's an open environment that allows employees to apply themselves and I can say in all my years here, I've grown exponentially in every facet and have become far more confident and prepared no matter what the task or situation.

Cons

While some internal communication can be improved upon, WWE is focused on developing and improving on ever facet of it's business everyday.
