Pros
Best benefits I've ever had. There are no dull moments and the people you work with are generally good at what they do. It's a great resume builder to have WWE on it and the pace of work will keep you on your toes.
Cons
It's expected that you will work overtime. Depending on your department, you can regularly expect to work well into the evening on a fairly regular basis. Projects routinely get changed at the last minute time and time again, which leads to inefficiencies that management expects the grunts to pick up the slack. As others noted, they will almost always hire outside for open manager spots, so good luck moving up.
