Pros

Great junior level staff with ability to receive free tickets to the show. Additionally, the office is closed from Christmas to New Year's.

Cons

Work from home discouraged, there is no work/life balance and promotions are incremental at best but not much incentive as it's better to leave to rise in your career.

Pros

WWE was far ahead of its competitors in embracing interactive technologies, such as the WWE App and its push into social media, which has filtered into all aspects of daily business.

Cons

The secretive culture behind the direction of the TV creative product hampers all future planning throughout the company.
