Pros

Good pay, very talented staff.

Cons

It's like being in junior high in terms of office politics. It's hard to feel good about your job when a lot of the executive staff is so demeaning.

Unique and rewarding, but slow growth speed and little compensation

Pros

The people are very passionate and the company is an industry leader for a reason. You are challenged creatively and there are a ton of benefits, including live event tickets and a substantial benefits package. The corporate gym is also a nice touch.

Cons

There is a very “cliquey” feel between different groups that sometimes gives off a high school vibe. Promotions are ridiculously slow there is no way to be confident that you are going to get one. Compensation should start higher; there’s no excuse for a company this profitable to pay their employees so low compared to other media companies.
