Benefits, the people, the atmosphere

Cons

Management makes own decisions, changes are made and then have to be reversed. The lack of communication between departments makes it hard to get things done in a timely manner.

Access to very good equipment in most areas specifically production. Learn the ins and outs of the TV industry.

Cons

Management is awful. Unfair and undeserved promotions given. They based promotions more on those who kiss a** rather than actual talent.

Truly never a dull moment which makes it a fast paced environment. The day can fly by doing a variety of tasks.

Cons

The management is beyond clueless and too worried about keeping their jobs to offer any mentoring to their team members.
