Pros

Really good comp. That's it.

Cons

Horrible Management, terrible Work/Life balance. People promoted to SVP who would barely qualify to be Production Assistants anywhere else. Outside people ignored, long term incompetent execs hailed as geniuses. Very rough, crude, and unprofessional culture.

Pros

Great resume builder. Talented coworkers, clueless management. High pay for senior positions

Cons

Boys club. They preach diversity but everyone is the same cookie cutter straight white frat boy. The sexiest/homophobic things I hear in a daily basis is astounding. I cannot believe employees are allowed to behave this way, but HR is made up of the exact same types of people. Layoffs are constant but there are monthly emails asking employees to congratulate some ‘head of business’ in their new promotions/ titles. The company continues to break record profits year after year yet reduces its staff quarterly. ZERO work from home. Although it was work from home during Covid, the CEO sent an email stating employees would be expected to return to office 5 days a week. The ceo have THREE DAYS NOTICE about this policy change. They take attendance too. It’s disgusting. During the town hall, Nick Khan said he expects people will be frustrated and leave the company but that’s no problem because everyone is replaceable. Zero work/life balance. Wake up early, commute five days a week. Stay in the office late to meet deadlines. Work nights during shows (up to four times a week). Work weekends monthly. Expected to watch the product always. If you’re not a fan, you won’t become one. If you are a fan, you’ll despise your fandom.

Pros

- Great Benefits / Health/Vision/Dental/401k matching - Vacation time is great (you'll need it) - Employees are nice people. - Great place to work for adults out of college.

Cons

- Overworked staff - Major decisions are made last minute (literally day of) - You have to be quick with the last minute changes or all hell breaks loose. - High stress - Upper Management has no idea what some of the departments actually do or how each department interacts with one another. Employees are nice people though.
