Pros

- The Employees of WWE are overall nice people. - Good company for College students to learn and grow within the Sports and Media Business - Never a boring moment at WWE. There is always something to do and from time to time you will meet wrestlers and engage with them. - Nice Benefits and vacation time

Cons

- Really Poor Upper Management. - Last-minute decisions are always being made, sometimes making you do your job 2 to 3 times over. - no room for growth - Since Nick Con started working there the energy within the company shifted, not for the better. - the turnover rate with employees is quick. People are always leaving the company and fresh faces appear all the time. Tell's you a lot about the company. - At the end of the WWE they say they care about employees but it doesn't necessarily feel that way. - Employees are overworked, pay increases are minor and work-life balance is not a thing. You have no work-life balance.
