Exiting product, amazing fan base, fantastic office space, great coworkers

Cons

The current Executive team and most of the senior leaders are out of touch with the employees and are just in for lining their pockets. Zero empathy with employees in a time of high ambiguity and angst of losing the job. HR is totally absent as advocates for employees and providing any sort of guidance.

- the company attracts top talent with a passion for the super fans and quality content

Cons

- middle management is not given the independence to own decisions or strategy - lack of concrete goals and KPIs - projects can be shut down last minute by senior management - micromanagement across levels
