Workplace was Toxic

Pros

Pay and perks were decent...

Cons

Diverse? Not so much. The environment was very political and you can hear people talk about you if you don't fit in. It was a passive-aggressive vibe I got. If you're not a naturally extroverted person, this is not the place for you.

Pros

Very pragmatic, can do place.

Cons

Very tolerant of bad behavior that wouldn't fly in other companies. Hard to advance if an outside hire rather than came up through the ranks.

Pros

Their strong commitment to the community.

Cons

Unprofessional, inappropriate, work place. Leadership team is toxic. Over work people with little to no recognition. Not a place to work for long-term career growth.
